Remify ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our mobile application and related services.

We collect the following information when you use Remify:
- Account information: Your name, email address, and profile photo obtained via Google Sign-In.
- Images you upload: Photos submitted for enhancement features (upscaling, face restore, background removal, etc.).
- Usage data: Feature usage, task history, and basic analytics to improve the app.
- Device information: Device type, OS version, and app version for diagnostic purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate your account and provide access to the service.
- To process images you submit using our AI enhancement features.
- To improve app performance and fix bugs.
- To communicate important updates about the service.
3. Image Data
Images you upload are processed on our servers and automatically deleted within 1 hour of processing completion. We do not use your images to train AI models or share them with third parties.
4. Google Sign-In
We use Google Sign-In for authentication. By signing in, you authorize us to receive your basic profile information (name, email, profile photo) from Google. We do not receive your Google password. For details on how Google handles your data, see Google's Privacy Policy.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:
- As required by law or legal process.
- To protect the rights and safety of Remify and its users.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption and JWT-based authentication. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
7. Data Retention
- Uploaded images: Deleted within 1 hour automatically.
- Account data: Retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
8. Children's Privacy
Remify is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
