By downloading or using the Remify application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Remify. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Remify is an AI-powered image enhancement application offering features including:
- Image upscaling (2x, 4x)
- Face restoration and enhancement
- Background removal and replacement
- Image colorization
- Sketch conversion
- Passport photo generation
3. User Account
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Remify. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Remify to:
- Upload images of individuals without their consent.
- Process images containing nudity, illegal content, or content that violates any applicable law.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app or its backend.
- Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the service.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of images you upload. By using the service, you grant Remify a temporary license to process your images solely to provide the requested feature. This license terminates when your image is deleted (within 1 hour of processing).
The Remify app, logo, and all related content are owned by Remify and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Remify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. AI-generated results may not always be accurate or satisfactory.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or image quality issues.
8. Service Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification or discontinuation.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Indonesian courts.
